Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years of college coursework plus at least one year of direct customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk support, greet participants, answer phones, and manage reception area.
• Explain DVR programs, services, and eligibility requirements to participants.
• Enter new DVR service applications into the Case Management System within five days of signing.
• Assist counselors and participants with information for Individualized Plans for Employment.
• Track participant progress, document gains, and reinforce next steps toward employment goals.
• Coordinate appointments with interpreters, providers, participants, and counselors.
• Monitor AFPS payments and ensure documentation and reconciliation.
