Job summary

• Two years of college-level coursework and at least one year of direct customer service experience.
• Ability to coordinate schedules and document participant progress.
• Familiarity with DVR policies, authorizations, and payments.
• Strong communication with diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk and office support, greet participants, answer phones, manage lobby and mail.
• Explain DVR programs, services, and eligibility requirements to participants.
• Enter new DVR service applications into the Case Management System within five days.
• Assist VRCs and participants with gathering information for Employment Plans.
