Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Minimum one year of customer service or dispatching/routing experience.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Schedules deliveries and coordinates Rehab and Aftersale order types.
• Assists customers, referral sources and Numotion team with scheduling and data entry.
• Communicates scheduling availability and updates order-tracking systems.
• Responds to inquiries promptly and strives for high customer satisfaction.
• Resolves issues to minimize transfers and de-escalate when possible.
• Works to meet productivity and performance standards.
• Adheres to Numotion policies and confidentiality.
• Supports continuous improvement initiatives within Rehab.
