Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Schedules Rehab and Aftersale delivery appointments and updates order tracking systems.
• Communicates with clients and referral sources to find available scheduling times.
• Updates all order systems to optimize ATP and technician schedules.
• Responds to inquiries promptly to improve satisfaction and turnaround times.
• Works to resolve issues without excessive transfers or escalations.
• Meets productivity and performance standards.
• Participates in Rehab initiatives to improve department results.
• Adheres to Numotion policies and confidentiality requirements.
