Job summary

Numotion is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Care/Service Coordinator at our Taunton, MA location. The role schedules deliveries and coordinates rehab and aftersale service orders to ensure timely and accurate customer experiences.

You will work with patients, referral sources and internal teams to optimize scheduling, data entry, and communication, upholding Numotion's commitment to exceptional service and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Minimum one year of customer service or dispatching/routing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assists customers, referral sources and Numotion team members with Rehab and Aftersale delivery scheduling.
• Enter and maintain accurate data in all applicable order tracking systems.
• Communicate with clients and referral sources to find optimal scheduling availability for their appointment.
• Update order tracking systems to optimize ATP and seating technician schedules.
• Respond to inquiries and requests in a timely manner to increase customer satisfaction.
• Meet all productivity and performance standards.
• Participate in Rehab initiatives to improve department results.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
