Job summary

Numotion is seeking a Scheduling Associate to coordinate Rehab and Aftersale deliveries and services. You will work with customers, referral sources, and Numotion team members to schedule appointments and maintain data across order-tracking systems.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of experience and education.
Minimum one year of customer service experience or dispatching/routing experience.

Responsibilities

Schedules deliveries and coordinates timely service for Rehab and Aftersale orders.
Assist customers, referral sources and Numotion team with scheduling and data entry.
Communicate with clients to find optimal scheduling availability.
Enter updates in order tracking systems to optimize ATP and technician schedules.
Respond to inquiries to increase satisfaction and turnaround times.
Meet productivity and performance standards.
Adhere to Numotion policies and confidentiality.
Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
