Job summary

Numotion, the largest provider of mobility products and services in North America, is seeking a Scheduling/Dispatch role to coordinate Rehab and Aftersale deliveries. You will schedule, communicate with clients and referral sources, and maintain order-tracking data to optimize technician schedules and service timelines.

Applicants should have at least a high school diploma and one year of customer service or dispatching experience, with strong communication and multitasking abilities to deliver

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of experience and education.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience or dispatching/routing experience.
• Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Schedules deliveries and coordinates the timely provision of services for Rehab and Aftersale order types.
• Assists customers, referral sources and Numotion team members with scheduling and data entry in order tracking systems.
• Communicates with clients and referral sources to find optimal scheduling availability for appointments.
• Updates order tracking systems to optimize ATP and seating technician schedules.
• Responds to inquiries to improve customer satisfaction and turnaround times.
• Meets productivity and performance standards and participates in department improvement initiatives.
