Numotion is seeking a Scheduling/Dispatch professional in Phoenix to coordinate Rehab and Aftersale deliveries and services. You will manage appointment availability, enter data in order-tracking systems, and collaborate with clients and referral sources to optimize schedules.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum one year of customer service or dispatching experience.

Responsibilities

• Schedules deliveries and coordinates rehab and aftersale service timings.
• Communicates with clients and referral sources to find optimal scheduling times.
• Updates order tracking systems with accurate status and ATP data.
• Responds to inquiries promptly to improve satisfaction and turnaround times.
• Resolves issues without unnecessary transfers and de-escalation when possible.
• Drives productivity and participates in department improvement initiatives.
