Numotion, North America’s largest mobility provider, seeks a Delivery Scheduler to coordinate Rehab and Aftersale orders and ensure timely service. You will partner with customers to schedule appointments and maintain data in order-tracking systems.

Responsibilities include data entry, optimizing technician schedules, handling inquiries, and ensuring high customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum one year of customer service experience or dispatching/routing experience.

Responsabilités

• Schedules Rehab and Aftersale deliveries and coordinates service for orders.
• Enter and maintain data in all applicable order tracking systems.
• Communicate with clients and referral sources to find optimal scheduling availability.
• Update order systems to optimize ATP and technician schedules.
• Respond to inquiries to increase customer satisfaction and turnaround times.
• Meet productivity and performance standards.
• Participate in Rehab initiatives to improve department results.
• Adhere to confidentiality and Numotion policies.
• Provide excellent customer service for internal and external customers.
