Responsibilities

• Review demographic, insurance/financial, and clinical data to expedite payment.
• Perform pre-certification notifications and collect documentation for submission.
• Research denials and missing authorizations or referrals.
• Confirm referral requirements and obtain referrals from physicians when needed.
• Work from a task-based queue maintaining productivity.
