Job summary

Broad River Rehab in Shawnee, OK seeks a Director of Rehab (PTA or COTA) to lead our skilled nursing facility’s therapy program. You’ll oversee therapy services across PT/OT/PTA/COTA/SLP, drive clinical excellence, and support a collaborative team focused on resident outcomes.

The role requires PTA or COTA licensure and an associate degree, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience desired. We offer a competitive salary starting at $72,000 plus quarterly bonus potential and a comprehensive

Director of Rehab / Rehab Director - PTA or COTA

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (PTA or COTA) to join our Shawnee, OK Skilled Nursing Facility.

• Full-Time, Up-To 40 Hours Per Week
• Salaried Role + Quarterly Bonus Potential - Starting at $72,000 *Offer based on experience and qualifying interview.
• Prior Management experience preferred

As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a skilled nursing setting. You'll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents' lives.

• Current state licensure as a (PTA or COTA)
• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
