Job summary

Broad River Rehab in West Salem, WI is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to lead therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in our skilled nursing setting. This is a salaried, full‑time role with up to 40 hours per week and a starting salary of $72,000.

You will oversee department operations, support clinical excellence, and mentor therapists. Qualifications include current licensure as a COTA or PTA, an associate degree, and at least 2 years of supervisory or management experience.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience supervising or managing in a rehab setting preferred.

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (COTA, PTA) to join our West Salem, WI Skilled Nursing Facility.

• Full-Time, Up-To 40 Hours Per Week
• Salaried Role + Quarterly Bonus Potential - Wage Starting at $72,000 *Offer based on experience and qualifying interview.
• Prior Management experience preferred

As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a skilled nursing setting. You'll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents' lives.

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a (COTA or PTA)
• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant or Physical Therapy Assistant
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
