Broad River Rehab in Mason, OH is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (PTA, COTA, OT, PT or SLP) to lead our skilled nursing therapy team. The role oversees delivery of high-quality therapy services and manages department operations in a collaborative environment.

This full-time, salaried position offers quarterly bonus potential, a comprehensive benefits package, and opportunities to mentor new graduates. Prior management experience is preferred and licensure as PTA or COTA is required.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as PTA or COTA.
• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Director of Rehab / Rehab Director - PTA, COTA, OT, PT or SLP

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (PTA, COTA, OT, PT or SLP) to join our Mason, OH Skilled Nursing Facility.

• Full-Time, Up-To 40 Hours Per Week
• Salaried Role + Quarterly Bonus Potential
• Prior Management experience preferred

As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a skilled nursing setting. You'll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents' lives.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant
