Job summary

Broad River Rehab in Avondale, OH is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation to oversee therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a skilled nursing facility. You will manage department operations and drive clinical excellence while fostering collaboration among therapists.

The role requires licensure as PTA or COTA with supervisory experience, and a background in EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a PTA or COTA.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in related field (Doctorate preferred) or Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Minimum of 2 years supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.

• Part-Time, 29 Hours or Less Per Week. Flexible Schedule! We can consider a 4-Day Week.
