Job summary

Broad River Rehab in Fayetteville NC seeks a Director of Rehab to lead our Skilled Nursing Facility rehab services. This is a salaried role with quarterly bonus potential and requires 1 year of DOR experience.

You will manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs and SLP-CCCs to make a meaningful impact on residents’ lives.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as PT/PTA/OT/COTA or SLP-CCC.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field; Doctorate preferred; or Associate degree in PTA/COTA.
• Minimum of 1 year of supervisory or management experience in rehab.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab to join our Fayetteville NC Skilled Nursing Facility.
