Job summary

Broad River Rehab in Stillwater, OK is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (COTA) to lead our skilled nursing therapy team. This full-time, salaried role oversees PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP services, drives clinical excellence, and manages department operations to improve resident outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds an active COTA license, an associate degree in Occupational Therapy, and at least 2 years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a COTA.
• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (COTA) to join our Stillwater, OK Skilled Nursing Facility.

• Full-Time, Up-To 40 Hours Per Week
• Salaried Role + Quarterly Bonus Potential - $72,000 - $100,000 *Offer based on experience and qualifying interview.
• Prior Management experience preferred
