Broad River Rehab in Plainwell, MI seeks a Director of Rehab (COTA) to lead therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA, SLP) in a skilled nursing setting. This is a full-time salaried role with quarterly bonus potential, open to a COTA with prior management experience.

You will oversee department operations, support clinical excellence, and empower therapists to deliver high-quality care for residents.

Formación

• Current state licensure as a (Occupational Therapy Assistant - COTA).
• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (COTA) to join our Plainwell, MI Skilled Nursing Facility.

• Full-Time, Salaried Role + Quarterly Bonus Potential
• Open to a COTA with Prior Management Experience Preferred
• Salary for COTA Starting at $70,000 based on experience and qualifying interview

As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a skilled nursing setting. You’ll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents’ lives.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a (Occupational Therapy Assistant - COTA)
• Associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant
