Job summary

Broad River Rehab in Hamilton, OH seeks a Director of Rehab (PTA or COTA) to lead therapy services in a skilled nursing facility. You will oversee PT/OT/SLP teams, drive clinical excellence, and optimize department operations in a collaborative setting.

The ideal candidate has PTA/COTA licensure, at least 2 years of supervisory experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. Flexible part-time schedule and competitive benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as PTA or COTA.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field (Doctorate preferred) or Associate degree in PTA or COTA.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehab (PTA or COTA) to join our Hamilton, OH Skilled Nursing Facility.

• New Hourly Rates! $28-34/hr *Offer Based on Experience and Qualifying Interview + Quarterly Bonus Potential
• Part-Time, 29 Hours or Less Per Week. Flexible Schedule at Golden Years!

As the Director of Rehabilitation, you will oversee the delivery of high-quality therapy services (PT, OT, PTA, COTA and SLP) in a skilled nursing setting. You'll manage department operations, support clinical excellence, and foster a collaborative environment that empowers therapists to make a meaningful impact in residents' lives.

Qualifications:

• Current state licensure as a (PTA or COTA)
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in related field (Doctorate preferred) or Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines
