Broad River Rehab is seeking a Director of Rehabilitation (PTA or COTA) to lead therapy services at our Cincinnati, OH skilled nursing facility. The role oversees PT, OT, SLP, PTA and COTA teams, ensuring high-quality care and clinical excellence.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as a PTA or COTA.
• Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant or Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or management experience in a rehab setting preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Medicare/Medicaid guidelines.
