Job summary

Taidou LLC. seeks a Principal for Regulatory, Risk & Forensic to lead and shape a top-tier service line. You will own revenue, guide strategy, build a strong team, and be the senior voice in this discipline with clients and in the market.

You will drive the practice's offerings, maintain high client relationships, and collaborate with cross-practice teams to deliver measurable outcomes. This is a contract-to-hire role located in Plano, TX, with full-time conversion and benefits.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in regulatory, risk & forensic, including building or leading a practice, business line or function.
• Strong executive network and a track record of originating significant revenue.
• Recognized expertise and credibility with senior buyers.
• Experience building and leading high-performing senior teams.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Regulatory, Risk & Forensic service line: strategy, offerings, go-to-market, revenue and quality.
• Shape the practice's offerings in Regulatory Change, Risk Frameworks, Forensic & Investigations and Controls & Monitoring.
• Own the most senior client relationships and originate the largest engagements.
• Hire, lead and develop the service line's team, from senior consultants to senior directors.
• Set delivery standards — named scope, named exclusions, handover after adoption — and hold the practice to them.
• Work with the other service lines, Taidou Atlas and Taidou GPS on cross-practice work.
• Represent Taidou externally as a recognized expert in the field.
