Description du poste

Taidou is a private management consulting firm built around a simple idea: real, measurable results for our clients, not reports that gather dust. Our consulting practice brings eight service lines — AI & Engineering, Assurance, Finance, Global Services, Human Capital, Project Management, Regulatory, Risk & Forensic, and Transformation Consulting — to organizations in complex, regulated sectors across aerospace & defense, consumer, education, energy, financial services, government & public services, health care, insurance, sports, technology, media & telecom, and utilities & renewables.

We are senior-led and built flat: the people in the first conversation are the people doing the work, every engagement starts with a written list of what we are deliberately not doing, and we hand over only once the change is running — to named owners inside the client. We take no referral fees, reseller margins or commissions from any vendor, which is what lets us tell a client the answer is not to buy anything.

The Role

As a Senior Consultant in Regulatory, Risk & Forensic, you own a defined workstream on client engagements — the analysis, the design and the working sessions that move it from diagnosis to adoption. Our practice covers Regulatory Change, Risk Frameworks, Forensic & Investigations and Controls & Monitoring. You will be named on the engagement from the first conversation, work directly with client leaders, and see your work running in the business rather than only in a deck.

What You'll Do
  • Own a workstream within Regulatory, Risk & Forensic engagements — for example Regulatory Change or Risk Frameworks — from analysis through adoption.
  • Carry out the core analysis and design work: impact assessment, operational design, implementation, evidence.
  • Run working sessions and interviews with client stakeholders, and turn them into clear findings and options.
  • Build the models, artefacts and written material the engagement needs, to a standard a client executive can rely on.
  • Track progress, risks and decisions for your workstream and escalate early.
  • Contribute to proposals, scoping and the practice's methods and knowledge.
  • Help client teams take ownership so the change keeps running after we leave.
Qualifications
Required
  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in regulatory, risk & forensic work, in consulting or in industry.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and structured-writing skills.
  • Confident working directly with client stakeholders.
  • Able to manage your own workstream with limited supervision.
  • Eligible to work in the United States.
Preferred (nice to have, not required)
  • Experience in one or more of our industries: aerospace & defense, consumer, education, energy, financial services, government & public services, health care, insurance, sports, technology, media & telecom, and utilities & renewables.
  • Consulting background combined with time in industry running the work.
  • Relevant professional certifications for the service line.
How We Work
  • Senior-led delivery — no bench, no handoff between the team that wins the work and the team that runs it.
  • Named scope and named exclusions, agreed before work starts.
  • Handover after adoption, to named owners, with a follow-up review we schedule ourselves.
  • Independence from vendors: no referral fees, reseller margins or commissions.

We know great people don't always check every box. If you're excited about this role and believe you can do the work, we encourage you to apply even if your experience doesn't line up perfectly.
