Taidou LLC. in Plano, Texas, seeks a Senior Director in Regulatory, Risk & Forensic to lead major client relationships, grow the practice, and shape the market presence. You will own multi-year engagements and drive strategic initiatives across the service line.

You will manage senior teams, develop capabilities, and guide partnerships, while ensuring revenue growth and client satisfaction. This role is contract-to-hire with full-time conversion and benefits after onboarding.

The Role

As a Senior Director in Regulatory, Risk & Forensic, you lead a significant part of the service line across its offerings — Regulatory Change, Risk Frameworks, Forensic & Investigations and Controls & Monitoring. You own the largest client relationships and programmes, build the team and the market presence, and are a senior voice in how the practice grows.

Qualifications

Required

• 15+ years of relevant experience in regulatory, risk & forensic, including practice or business-line leadership.

• Eligible to work in the United States.

Preferred (nice to have, not required)

• Experience in one or more of our industries: aerospace & defense, consumer, education, energy, financial services, government & public services, health care, insurance, sports, technology, media & telecom, and utilities & renewables.
• Consulting background combined with time in industry running the work.
• Relevant professional certifications for the service line.

• Senior-led delivery — no bench, no handoff between the team that wins the work and the team that runs it.
• Named scope and named exclusions, agreed before work starts.
• Handover after adoption, to named owners, with a follow-up review we schedule ourselves.
• Independence from vendors: no referral fees, reseller margins or commissions.

Engagement & Compensation

This role is contract-to-hire. You join Taidou as an independent contractor for an initial onboarding period (typically 90 days), during which we agree your goals together. Once the conversion criteria set out in your offer are met, you convert to a full-time position with benefits.

Compensation is competitive and set according to experience and scope, and includes commission on the business you originate or grow. Full details are confirmed in your offer letter.
