Job summary

Healthy Kids Extended Day Programs seeks a Regulatory Compliance Manager to build and maintain systems for regulatory compliance across states. You will ensure that every enrolled child has the required medical documentation on file, develop processes to flag missing or expiring records, and provide leaders with clear compliance reports.

This role emphasizes automation opportunities and collaboration with HR, Operations, and Registration.

Qualifications

• Experience in regulatory compliance, healthcare or licensing, QA, auditing, risk management, or HR compliance.
• Ability to translate complex regulations into clear, actionable procedures.
• Strong documentation and records-management skills with attention to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain systems to provide a clear view of regulatory compliance.
• Ensure every enrolled child has up-to-date medical and health documentation.
• Create and operate processes to answer who is compliant and what records are missing or expiring.
• Maintain state-by-state regulatory matrices and track required documentation.
• Establish reminders, audits, and dashboards; report compliance status to leaders.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive compliance activities.
