Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring for a hands-on role to manage regulatory compliance, child registration, and subsidy operations across our growing multi-state network. You’ll own day-to-day issues, coordinate cross-department projects, and drive process improvements with automation, while collaborating with leadership to scale our programs.

No childcare experience is required; healthcare administration, compliance, enrollment, and related fields are welcome.

Qualifications

• Willing to dig into details and resolve problems.
• Coordinate projects, delegate tasks, and hold people accountable.
• Experience with compliance, enrollment, subsidy, or governance/administration workflows.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Help ensure applications, documentation, eligibility, and renewals are accurate and timely.
• Follow up on missing information and unresolved issues.
• Collaborate with Registration and Subsidy teams to improve processes.
• Maintain visibility into outstanding items and ensure completion.
• Identify recurring issues and develop practical solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Track regulatory requirements, licenses, qualifications, and renewals.
• Research state requirements and translate them into procedures.
• Audit records and address gaps to prevent compliance problems.
• Coordinate automation opportunities and monitor progress.
