Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Manager to build and maintain systems that track regulatory requirements across multiple states and programs. You will ensure that medical and health documentation is complete, accurate, and up to date, while partnering with HR, Operations, and Registry to implement compliant enrollment and program processes.

Your role emphasizes proactive compliance design—creating dashboards, reminders, and controls that prevent issues before they arise,

Qualifications

• You do not need childcare experience.
• Experience in regulatory compliance, healthcare or medical-record compliance, licensing or credentialing, quality assurance, auditing, risk management, HR or employee compliance, education administration, operations, document control, regulatory research, or another highly regulated environment is a strong fit.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain systems that provide a clear view of regulatory compliance across the organization.
• Track and manage medical documentation, audits, and deadlines.
• Develop reminders and processes for expiring or missing records.
• Produce reports for leadership on compliance status and outstanding issues.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive compliance activities.
• Audit records and processes to ensure ongoing compliance.
