Healthy Kids Extended Day Programs is seeking a detail‑driven operations professional to manage regulatory compliance, child registration, and subsidy operations. You will own day‑to‑day issues, coordinate cross‑team projects, and help drive automation to reduce repetitive work.

The role welcomes candidates from healthcare administration, enrollment, government programs, and other detail‑driven environments. This in‑person position is based in Fishkill, NY.

Qualificações

• Willingness to dig into details and resolve problems.
• Coordinate projects, delegate tasks, and hold commitments.
• Analyze workflows to simplify or automate repetitive work.
• Manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow ups.
• Comfort with spreadsheets, databases, and reporting tools.

Responsabilidades

• Help ensure applications, documentation, eligibility, and renewals are handled accurately and on time.
• Follow up on missing information, pending approvals, and unresolved issues.
• Work with Registration and Subsidy teams to resolve problems and improve processes.
• Maintain visibility into outstanding items and ensure completion.
• Identify recurring issues and develop practical solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Track required health documents, licenses, renewals, and regulatory deadlines.
• Research state requirements and translate them into procedures.
• Review records, conduct audits, and follow through on corrective actions.
• Maintain clear tracking and reporting for leadership.
