Healthy Kids Extended Day Programs is seeking a hands-on professional to manage regulatory compliance, enrollment, and subsidy operations in a fast-growing childcare organization. You will coordinate across Registration, Subsidy, Operations, HR, Finance and Business Transformation, driving process improvements and automation while ensuring timely renewals and accurate documentation.

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate projects across multiple departments.
• Experience with compliance, enrollment, or subsidies is a plus.
