Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Progressive responsibility in a registrar’s office; supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills; FERPA knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Office of the University Registrar.
• Serve as Veterans Affairs Compliance Officer and SCO for veteran education benefits.
• Oversee classroom and final exam scheduling; coordinate with course schedulers.
• Manage student assistants and ensure accurate student records and transcripts.
