Job summary

Curry College seeks an Assistant Registrar, Veteran School Certifying Official, to manage VA benefits processes, enrollment certifications, and records within the Registrar's Office.

The role includes supervising the Customer Service Representative, coordinating with VA personnel, and ensuring compliance across Banner and CourseDog systems. Bachelor's or equivalent experience preferred; Massachusetts location.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of professional experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to manage multiple electronic platforms and learn systems as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary School Certifying Official (SCO) in line with VA requirements.
• Process enrollment certifications, tuition/fees, and program changes.
• Monitor veteran student enrollment status and advise on benefits.
• Coordinate with Student Accounts, Financial Aid, and VA personnel.
• Maintain VA data, records, and compliance in Banner and related systems.
• Supervise the Customer Service Representative and support Registrar operations.
