Mercy Hospital is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner to deliver direct patient care for respiratory therapy under physician orders. You will consult with physicians on therapy effectiveness and work with nursing staff to support patient well-being.

The role requires RCP licensure, a CoARC-approved program, and NBRC RRT credential. Night shifts are available with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 and comprehensive Mercy benefits.

Qualifikationen

• Must graduate from a CoARC-approved respiratory care program.
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner license in the state.
• RRT credential awarded by the NBRC.
• ACLS is preferred for this role.

Sign-On-Bonus incentive included up to $10,000

Shift:

Nightshift 7 pm - 7:30 AM

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of CoArc-approved Respiratory Care program.
• Licensure: Meets state licensure requirements and has a current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
• Experience: None.
• Certifications: Hold the Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential awarded by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). For co-workers who work in the Emergency Room PALS is required.
• Other: Physical demands are attached plus push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs. Plus, pinch up to 10 lbs., kneel, crouch, and crawl minimally. Equipment Used: All appropriate respiratory care devices.
• Preferred Education: Acute Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Preferred Experience: Prefer critical care experience.
