Mercy Hospital St. Louis is seeking a Respiratory Therapist for night shifts (7 pm–7:30 am) with a sign-on bonus up to $10,000. You will perform direct patient care per physician orders, consult on therapy effectiveness, and serve as an advanced resource for physicians and nursing staff.

Licensure as an RCP and NBRC RRT credential are required, ACLS preferred, PALS for ER staff as applicable. Join a team dedicated to compassionate care and ongoing professional development.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of a CoArc-approved Respiratory Care program.
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• PALS required for ER staff.
• ACLS preferred.
• No prior experience required.

Sign-On-Bonus incentive included up to $10,000

Shift:

Nightshift 7 pm - 7:30 AM

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of CoArc-approved Respiratory Care program.
• Licensure: Meets state licensure requirements and has a current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
• Experience: None.
• Certifications: Hold the Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential awarded by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). For co-workers who work in the Emergency Room PALS is required.
• Other: Physical demands are attached plus push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs. Plus, pinch up to 10 lbs., kneel, crouch, and crawl minimally. Equipment Used: All appropriate respiratory care devices.
• Preferred Education: Acute Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Preferred Experience: Prefer critical care experience.
