Mercy Hospital in Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to perform direct patient care per physician orders across all aspects of respiratory therapy. You will consult with physicians on therapy effectiveness and act as a resource for the nursing team.

Join Mercy to support patient care, while maintaining licensure and NBRC RRT credentials. On-site shift with opportunities for further professional growth.

Formación

• Graduate of CoARC approved Respiratory Care program.
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
• No prior experience required.
• NBRC RRT credential required. PALS for ER staff.

Sign-On-Bonus incentive included up to $10,000

Shift

7 pm- 7 am

Eligible for shift differential

Qualifications

• Education: Graduate of CoArc approved Respiratory Care program.
• Licensure: Meets state licensure requirements and has a current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
• Experience: None.
• Certifications: Hold the Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential awarded by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC). For co-workers who work in the Emergency Room PALS is required.
• Other: Physical demands are attached plus push, pull, and grip up to 50 lbs. Plus, pinch up to 10 lbs., kneel, crouch, and crawl minimally. Equipment Used: All appropriate respiratory care devices.
• Preferred Education: Acute Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
• Preferred Experience: Prefer critical care experience.
