St. Luke’s Meridian Telemetry unit is seeking a skilled RN to join our 37-bed med/surg area focused on cardiac, stroke, sepsis, and respiratory cases. You will evaluate patients, support physicians, and document nursing care across patient needs on a team-based unit.
Expect 3x12-hour shifts (full-time 0.9 FTE), night shifts with differential, sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and certification pay. A strong governance structure supports professional development and patient safety.

Meridian Telemetry is a 37 single bed unit that provides care for our more critical med/surg community. Our patient population includes cardiac, stroke, sepsis, respiratory failure, post-surgical, renal impairment, and so much more. Our team-oriented unit has an average nurse/patient ratio of 1:4. We are a great unit to develop your critical thinking and time management skills. We are a close-knit team that is here to support each other and to provide the best care for our community.
