Job summary

St. Luke’s Nampa Medical Center is seeking an Intensive Care RN to provide patient-centered care on a 10-bed unit. The role emphasizes teamwork in a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio and opportunities for specialty training and continuing education.

Requirements include an Associate degree in Nursing, 1+ year RN experience (critical care preferred), and RN licensure with BLS certification. The facility offers a robust benefits package and professional growth options.

What you can expect from this role

• 10 Bed Unit that delivers life saving care for diagnosis including Septic Shock, Cardiac Arrest, Respiratory Failure, Multi-Organ Failure, DKA, and AMS
• Team-based nursing model (1:2 ratio)
• Specialty Classes including: CRRT, ACLS, EKG, ECCO, Rapid Response Training
• Continuing education scholarships - including conferences, certification, licensure
• Certification pay available
• Additional PTO for night shift offered

Qualifications

• Continuing education scholarships - including conferences, certification, licensure
• Full-time (0.9 FTE) night shift position available
• Certification pay available
• Additional PTO for night shift offered
