Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System in Boise is seeking an experienced RN to join the Boise Telemetry unit. You will provide high-quality nursing care on 3 Tele and 7 Tele units, delivering patient-centered care while collaborating with a supportive team.

Full-time (0.9 FTE), part-time (0.6 FTE), or Flex options are available, with shift flexibility, certification pay, and potential relocation assistance for eligible hires.

Qualifications

• Education: Nursing Degree
• Experience: One (1) + years’ RN experience (Highly preferred: Three (3) + years' RN experience)
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross

Responsibilities

• Provide acute nursing care on 3 Tele and 7 Tele units.
• Collaborate with team to deliver patient-centered care and participate in ongoing education.

Boise Telemetry includes both Telemetry Units, 3 Tele and 7 Tele. 3 Tele, a Cardiac Telemetry Population, provides care to patients with primary cardiac diagnosis and procedures. 7 Tele, a Medical Telemetry Population, provides care to patients with acute and chronic complex medical diagnosis including procedural overflow.

What You Can Expect:

• Full-time (0.9 FTE), Part-time (0.6 FTE), or Flex option
  • Full-time; 3 x 12-hour shifts a week
  • Part-time; 2 x 12-hour shifts a week
  • Flex; 1 to 2 x 12-hour shifts a pay period
• Certification pay (ex. PCCN, CVRN/CMSRN)
• You will see a little bit of everything, our unit is a great place for nurses to gain knowledge and master skills
  • 3 Tele; 20-bed unit: Pacemakers & ICDs, OHS / MVR / TAVR, STEMI (STENTS), Cardiothoracic Surgeries, TAVR, A-FIB Ablations, WATCHMANS, and VATS
  • 7 Tele; 35-bed unit: CHF, Sepsis, COPD, Pneumonia, CVA, Electrolyte Imbalances, Cardiac Arrhythmias, Hypoxia, Rhabdo, Cath Lab, and EP Lab overflow
• Sign-on bonus available for eligible full-time and part-time new hires (*additional Relocation assistance available for eligible full-time new hires)
