Job summary

SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Lake Saint Louis, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for PRN Day or Night shifts. PRN requires 4 shifts in 6 weeks with at least one weekend shift.

Base pay is $44 per PRN shift with weekend and night differentials and a $5,000 sign-on bonus with no repayment. This hospital focuses on brain, spinal, and orthopedic rehabilitation, offering oriented onboarding and potential full-time opportunities.

Qualifications

• Validation of RN licensure in state of MO or compact license.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
• BLS required at hire.
• Rehabilitation/inpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial and ongoing systematic patient assessments.
• Transcribe and process medical orders accurately.
• Document promptly and accurately using EPIC EMR.
• Instruct and counsel patients and families.
• Interpret assessment data including labs and telemetry.

Schedule

PRN Day or Night 6:45-7:15. PRN requirement: 4 shifts in a 6‑week period, at least one weekend shift (Saturday/Sunday).

Compensation

$44 per PRN shift. Competitive shift differentials: $3 for weekends, $5.50 for nights.

Sign‑On Bonus

$5,000 – no commitment/repayment.
