Job summary

SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Bridgeton, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Weekend Options to join our inpatient rehab team. This full-time daytime schedule includes a weekend option with differential pay, offering $38.50–$57.23 per hour plus $6 weekend option diff and $3 weekend diff on Sat/Sun, with a $15k sign-on bonus for days.

Responsibilities include admissions/transfers, initial assessments, EPIC documentation, interpreting labs and telemetry, and counseling patients

Qualifications

• Must hold valid RN license in the state.
• BLS required at hire.
• BSN or enrolled in BSN program preferred.

• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.

• Valid State Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS required at hire
