Job summary

SSM Health Rehabilitation Hospital in Lake St. Louis, MO is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for full-time night shifts (6:45p-7:15a) with every third weekend rotation. Competitive night shift differentials apply, plus a $20k sign-on bonus for nights and $15k for days.

Join a team focused on compassionate care for brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and orthopedic conditions. Responsibilities include admissions, patient assessments, EPIC documentation, telemetry interpretation, and counseling

Qualifications

• Valid State RN license.
• BLS required at hire.
• BSN or enrollment in a BSN program preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive admissions and/or transfers.
• Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Timely and accurate documentation using EPIC.
• Interpret assessment/diagnostic data including labs and telemetry.
• Ensure medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately.
• Instruct and counsel patients/families.
