Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a part-time Home Health Nurse to provide one-on-one care for patients in Bloomingdale. You will work with a single patient per shift, observing, assisting with daily living activities, and administering prescribed medications to improve quality of life.

Eligible candidates are licensed RNs or LPNs with strong communication skills and the ability to operate within established care plans. Competitive salary, benefits, and training are offered for this role.
