Elite Care Management, Inc. in Bloomingdale seeks a part-time home health nurse (RN or LPN) to provide one-on-one care to a single patient per shift. You will observe, administer medications, document changes, and coordinate with the supervisor.

Shifts include 7am-7pm on Saturdays, 7am-7pm on varied weekdays and weekends, and 7pm-7am on Saturdays? except Saturday. Pay ranges from $35 to $40 per hour, with weekly pay and a full benefits package.

Pay Range:

• $35 - $40 / hour

Responsibilities may include the following:

• Observe patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents
• Demonstrate understanding organizational and nursing policies and procedures
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both spoken and written
• Demonstrate ability to manage and direct patient care according to the patient care plan and update as needed
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, as well as monitors and documents effectiveness of intervention
• Intervenes as applicable in response to changes in patient/client condition and reports such changes to the appropriate physician or supervisor
