Job summary

Elite Care Management, Inc. is seeking a part-time Home Health Nurse (RN or LPN) to provide one-on-one patient care in the Bloomingdale area.

You will work full shifts with a single patient, assessing needs, administering meds, and supporting daily living activities to improve quality of life. Shifts include 7am–7pm on Saturdays and various weekdays/weekends, plus 7pm–7am on Saturdays, with a competitive pay range of $35–$40 per hour and a full benefits package.

• Demonstrate strong communication skills, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Observe patient, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or physician of patient\'s condition and reaction to drugs, treatments, and significant incidents.
• Demonstrate understanding organizational and nursing policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate ability to manage and direct patient care according to the patient care plan and update as needed.
• Administers medications and treatments as prescribed, as well as monitors and documents effectiveness of intervention.
• Intervenes as applicable in response to changes in patient/client condition and reports such changes to the appropriate physician or supervisor.

Pay Range:

• $35 - $40 / hour
