Aperion Care is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care and supervise nursing assistants in our Oak Brook facility. You will administer medications, document care, and collaborate with physicians to ensure high-quality resident care.

You will coordinate with families and staff, uphold confidentiality, and support residents with daily living activities while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance. CPR/First Aid and LTCA experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current unencumbered RN license in the applicable state.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants.
• Administer medications and document on chart per physician orders.
• Coordinate with physicians, families, and staff to meet resident needs.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and comply with regulations.
• Assist residents with daily living activities and mobility as needed.
