Job summary

Aperion Care is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. You will supervise nursing assistants, coordinate daily activities, administer medications, and maintain high-quality care while following all regulations.

A current RN license and CPR/First Aid certification are required. Ideal candidates may have LTC experience and a willingness to take on training and additional responsibilities.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing with state board.
• Knowledge of nursing and medical practices and facility regulations.
• CPR and First Aid certifications are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to be flexible with multiple priorities and shifts.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise nursing assistants.
• Plan and oversee daily nursing activities, administer medications, and document care.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and coordinate with physicians.
• Ensure safety protocols and effective communication with residents, families, and staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and care plans.
