Job summary

Legacy Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care and rehabilitation team. You will provide direct nursing care to residents, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with the clinical team to maintain the highest standards of care.

Requirements include a valid RN license and current BLS/CPR certification; strong geriatric and rehab care skills, excellent communication, and the ability to work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Provide education and support to residents and families regarding care plans and health conditions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery

• Schedule: Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts


• 3-Day Weekend Every Other Weekend: Friday + Saturday + Sunday OFF!


• Hourly Pay Range: $32.65–$42.85/hour (based on experience)


• Extras: Shift Differential + Full Benefits + PTO + 401(k) with Company Match

Position Summary: Registered Nurse ( RN )

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will provide direct nursing care to residents, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with the clinical team, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility.
