Job summary

Springdale Health and Rehabilitation is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide direct nursing care to residents in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility. The RN will assess and monitor residents, administer medications per physician orders, and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and the care team to ensure high-quality care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in a long-term care and rehabilitation setting.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring compliance with facility protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery.

The RN will provide direct nursing care to residents, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with the clinical team, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility.
