Job summary

South Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care and rehabilitation facility. The RN will provide direct nursing care, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with the clinical team to uphold high standards of care.

This full-time night shift (11pm–7am) offers shift differential pay, comprehensive health, dental and vision insurance, PTO and holidays, and a 401(k) with company match.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license and current license to practice
• Strong clinical skills in geriatric and rehabilitation care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care
• Current BLS/CPR certification required

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in long-term care and rehabilitation settings
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' health status and progress
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals on care plans
• Educate residents and families about care plans and health conditions
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with state and federal regulations
• Foster a safe, comfortable, therapeutic environment
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care
