Legacy Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for 7pm–7am, full‑time, 12‑hour shifts. Earn $32.65–$42.85 per hour with shift differential, full benefits, PTO, and a 401(k) with company match.

Enjoy every other weekend off and a patient‑centered care team in a long‑term care and rehabilitation setting. Qualified candidates hold an RN license and BLS/CPR certification, with strong geriatric and rehab care skills and excellent communication.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care in long‑term care and rehabilitation settings.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments per protocol.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other professionals to develop care plans.
• Educate residents and families about care plans and conditions.
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care.

Position Summary: Registered Nurse ( RN )

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will provide direct nursing care to residents, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with the clinical team, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest standards of care in our long-term care and rehabilitation facility.

Qualifications
