Legacy Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join a compassionate team. You will provide direct nursing care, assist with rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with clinicians to ensure high‑quality geriatric care in a long‑term care and rehabilitation setting.

The role requires an RN license and BLS/CPR, with strong clinical skills and excellent communication. Shifts are 12 hours (7am–7pm) on a full-time schedule, including a 3‑day weekend every other weekend.

• Provide education and support to residents and their families regarding care plans and health conditions.
