Job summary

Legacy Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care and rehabilitation team in Pleasant Grove, AL. The RN will deliver direct nursing care, support rehabilitation plans, and collaborate with physicians and therapists to maintain high standards of resident care.

The role features 12-hour shifts from 7AM to 7PM, full-time schedule, and a $15,000 sign-on bonus. Benefits include shift differential, comprehensive health coverage, PTO and a company match

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Strong clinical skills in geriatric and rehabilitation care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care to residents in long-term care and rehabilitation.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' health conditions and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed per protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other professionals on care plans.
• Provide education and support to residents and families on care plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation in line with regulations.
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care.

• Position: Registered Nurse ( RN )
• Shift: 7AM - 7PM
• Schedule: Full-Time | 12-Hour Shifts
• 3-Day Weekend Every Other Weekend: Friday + Saturday + Sunday OFF!
• Hourly Pay Range: $32.65–$42.85/hour (based on experience)
• Sign-On Bonus: $15,000
• Extras: Shift Differential + Full Benefits + PTO + 401(k) with Company Match
