Job summary

Legacy Health and Rehabilitation Of Pleasant Grove LLC is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our long-term care and rehabilitation team. The RN will provide direct nursing care, monitor residents, and collaborate with the clinical team to deliver high-quality care.

This full-time position features 7pm-7am shifts, 12-hour blocks, and a weekend schedule that offers every other Friday-Sunday off. Competitive hourly pay and benefits support a stable, compassionate work environment.

Qualifications

• Valid RN license in good standing.
• Strong knowledge of geriatric and rehabilitation care.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
• Current BLS/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered nursing care for residents in long-term care and rehabilitation.
• Assess, monitor, and document residents' health status and progress.
• Administer medications and treatments per facility protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other health professionals on care plans.
• Educate residents and families about care plans and conditions.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulations.
• Foster a safe, comfortable, and therapeutic environment for residents.
• Supervise and mentor nursing assistants to ensure quality care delivery.
